Ramsey Shipyard —
a place with deep roots

The shipyard at Ramsey has served the Isle of Man for generations. These historic images, sourced from The Isle of Man: A Postcard Tour (compiled by Steven Dearden and Ken Hassell, published by Richard Stanlake Publishing, 1955) and Manx National Heritage, give a sense of what this harbour has always meant to the island.
